THE PALM GROVE II

The Palmeraie II estate is an integrated project, made up of 19 villas with an average surface area of 220 m² with private gardens and individual swimming pools for most of them.

The architecture is modern with elements of the facade from Moroccan architecture (terracotta bricks, terracotta floor, traditional facade coating, cornice pattern.)

 

Unlike its little sister, La Palmeraie I, access is by vehicle along a minimal cobbled lane, to ensure the harmony and integration of the development.
